- Does not appear the Governor will sign the bill minimally 3 years and works still needs to be done with AFSME
  
2017 - update
- Certificant's wishing to help out:
-  Gather (written consent) testimonies about RT benefits
-  Gather concrete examples of violations of title protection
-  Recruit allied health professionals for support

-  Create multimedia presentations for legislators
-  Capture video (written consent) testimonials from consumers or others
